Gary is both an AV rated practicing attorney and a private mediator.
A 1973 graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and a 1976 graduate of Southwestern
University School of Law, Gary has 37 years of business and legal experience representing
both plaintiffs and defendants, handling a wide spectrum of cases. He has
handled over $1 billion in litigation, including complex multi-party pharmaceutical,
construction and business matters.
Gary also has vast experience in personal injury,
professional liability, employment litigation, business/partnership and contract disputes.
He has tried to verdict over 50 jury trials. While licensed to practice in California, he has
also handled cases in Nevada, Colorado and Arizona. He has been successful in obtaining a number
of multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for individual plaintiffs and businesses, and has
successfully secured outstanding results for his clients who have been defendants.
